It’s been raining a lot recently and we can expect February to be wet at the best of times but it never ceases to amaze me that when it does rain, blimey, it rains. Sitting outside of the Customs House Bar – with the benefit of shelter – the rain came pouring down and then flooded the steps and cleansed the city.
